Orders & Shipping

We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. Some products may also be shipped to Hawaii and Alaska; however, this may affect delivery times and shipping costs. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Unopened Jumex nectars and Aguas Frescas are shelf-stable for at least 12 months. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating and consuming within 7 days for the best quality.
Unopened Jumex products do not require refrigeration and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, please refrigerate and consume within 1 week to maintain freshness and flavor.

Yes. Jumex nectars and Aguas Frescas contain added sugar. The amounts for our 11.3 oz (335 mL) cans are:
o Fruit Nectars:
- Guava: 25 g added sugar
- Strawberry Banana: 29 g added sugar
- Mango: 25 g added sugar
o Aguas Frescas (all flavors): 25 g added sugar

No. Jumex products do not contain major allergens defined by the FDA (milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame), unless listed on the label. Always check your specific product’s ingredients and label for more information.
Yes. Our nectars contain preservatives to ensure freshness and product stability. The specific preservatives may vary by flavor and formulation.
Most of Jumex products can be consumed by children. Our non-caffeinated beverages can be enjoyed by most children in moderation as part of a balanced diet. Infants and very young children have different nutrition needs, so please check with your pediatrician about juice and added sugars. Jumex Energy contains 150 mg of caffeine per can and is not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Jumex Hard contains 5% alcohol and should only be consumed by people 21 years of age or older.
